The 2018 seventh annual Mahabhuta Yoga Festival happening November 9- 11, 2018, in breath giving Pensacola, Florida at Sanders Beach is honoring the Year of the Earth Dog. We are shifting to a week earlier over the to align with our local Foo Foo Festival celebrating the Pensacola's local arts from November 1st - 12th. A beautiful convergence is happening during our 7th year celebration. Breathe Yoga and Wellness Center's Director, Stacey Vann, is the Founder of the Mahabhuta Yoga Festival.
First City Art Center (FCAC) and Mahabhuta Yoga Festival are partnering for a Hot Glass/Cold Kombucha Event on Friday, November 9th at Sanders Beach Community Center. Join us at 4 p.m. for a Sunset Yoga class with Megan Eastburn. Cool down after class with Alabama brewed local Wild Magnolia Kombucha on tap provided by Live Raw Juice Bar, poured into FCAC Hand Blown Glass cups.
Everyone will experience the amazing Friday night musical line up featuring Brooks Hubbert, Michael DeMaria, and Brynne Heatley, as well as browsing our artisan village with Belly Dancing & Acro Yoga Performances. Enjoy live glass blowing demonstrations performed on the FCAC "Little Dragon," mobile glass blowing studio!
Hot Glass/Cold Kombucha is included in the VIP Pass, and may also be purchased as a single event supporting local artists! The FCAC hand-blown cups are included in the Hot Glass & Cold Kombucha single event ticket or VIP weekend pass.

What does the Year of the Earth Dog Represent?
Earth Dog energy reminds us to be loyal guardians of the earth and to respect all our relations. We are reminded to use our bark against Injustice as we team up as caretakers of our planet Earth and all that we hold sacred. Justice, sincerity, faithfulness, and honesty are the values that lead to a time of fairness and equality during Earth Dog year. We are waking up, and together rising.
Are Children Free?
Yes, 13 years of age and under. We offer daily activities including yoga, hooping, art, Columbia Marionette Theatre shows on Saturday and Sunday at the Galactic Child Yoga tent.
What is included in the weekend pass?
Attend any offering including including yoga workshops, aerial, hoop, slackline, and concerts with the weekend pass.
You will enjoy our artisan vendor village, organic food vendors, and the healing haven at additional costs. We set a healing haven inside where you can freely enjoy Thai yoga bodywork, massage, reiki, and aromatherapy at your leisure. Our therapists will be available throughout the weekend. You will make your appointment with the therapist directly during the weekend of the festival on a first come, first serve basis.
