"If there is only one thing I can say about your yoga classes is that they are truly ecclectic.  One never knows upon entering what the gift will be.  Flow, Kundalini, Iyengar, Chanting or a blend of all the above.  It is so refreshing to come with an open heart to receive whatever you feel is the perfect moment to give that teaching.  Over the years yours style has morphed and refined itself.  More and more education, balance and wisdom guide you.  You are a pure reflection of not being married to any one tradition, but giving the best of all you have experienced and learned." ~ Angelica 2015

I’m truly grateful for your positive influence in my life along with your endless holistic expertise. You are, in a word, wonderful!  ~ Carol

Thank you for your time.  Your words have always impacted me in a positive way on a deep level that resonates within and shakes out the negatives that bind me down at times. It was in my first yoga sessions with you that you taught me how to listen.  Really listen.  The way you instructed us to close our eyes and listen to your words to guide our movements continues to help me be the listener I am today. You have a way with words that paints a picture, drawing one in to your story.  And your adventures never cease to amaze because one leads to another and another and another. Thank you wise, wonderful friend.  I am grateful to have you in my life, and grateful that you continue to reach out and invite others to join you.
In gratitude, Annette 2016
