Time for Chamomile

The past few weeks I have found myself drinking more and more chamomile tea.  It is one of my favorite teas for sure.  Making another cup, I started thinking about the chamomile flowers and how I love the daisies!  It took me to the beautiful farm day in Mona, Utah when we played in the fields and sunshine.  So often we do not correlate the flowers to the tea to the essential oils we love.

  • My body was in pain and I had many people relying on me. That is when I sought help from Pam Hunter.

We started with yoga and relaxing my body, then we added Young Living essential oils.

I love the smell and the power they have.
